🌱 What This Space Is For
Important Announcements: Executives and Admin post official updates, policies, reminders, and anything the whole team needs to know.
Vital Discussions: Moderators can start discussion threads for urgent or meaningful room-related topics. If it affects the room, the flow, or the community vibe, it belongs here.
Temporary Threads: To keep the Grove tidy, any discussion not directly tied to room operations auto-closes 72 hours after the last comment.
🍄 Posting & Permissions
Admins & Executives can pin, flag, and delete posts. They’re also the only ones who can create Announcements, Policies, and Reminders.
Moderators can start discussion threads for anything important. If a topic needs to become an official announcement or policy, an Executive will elevate it.
Complaints or sensitive issues should go through the Complaint Form in the Contact tab so they reach the leadership circle directly.
